I've written a short SQL introduction for R

Last Thursday, I presented briefly on the sqldf package for R at the U. Oregon R Club’s weekly meeting. sqldf allows the use of SQL (Structured Query Language) on dataframes in R, and is thus very useful for writing quick scripts for data manipulation. I wrote up some notes from the presentation, including a series of introductory SQL examples (the examples assume no prior knowledge of SQL). The post can be found on the U. Oregon R Club blog, here.
